Full-Time, Hybrid We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Accountant to join a fast-paced, growth-focused real estate investment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the financial operations of a rapidly expanding portfolio. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP. Manage daily cash operations, including bank reconciliations, wire transfers, and cash flow forecasting. Oversee invoice processing and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze financial variances and contribute to monthly close packages. Maintain multi-ledger reconciliations (GAAP, tax, fair market value). Support audits and internal budgeting processes. Drive process improvements across accounting and related departments. Deliver accurate and timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics (CPA preferred). 2–3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting. Familiarity with real estate accounting and ERP systems (Yardi or similar). Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls. Why Join Us?
