Freestanding Emergency Room Nurse
At TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, our nurses set us apart from any other healthcare provider. We are seeking a Freestanding Emergency Room Nurse to join our healthcare family. The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance. Qualifications include the following: Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date. PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
