The Project Manager's responsibilities include: Plan, execute, and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with objectives. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any challenges or changes. Enforce safety and compliance standards throughout all project phases. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings on projects.
