Job Summary The Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager works with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts, manage your book of business, and handle administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities include managing large and layered accounts, client communication, renewal and marketing processes, and supporting team members in client servicing. This role involves active participation in client meetings and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers to deliver effective service. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule from our Plainview, Long Island office. Remote or hybrid options may be considered for highly qualified candidates demonstrating high product fluency, at our discretion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage an assigned book of business, maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts, and lead client meetings as appropriate. Oversee renewal and marketing processes from start to finish in collaboration with Account Executives and Advisors. Communicate directly with clients and carriers alongside team members. Create and maintain client files according to office procedures, ensuring accurate policy records in the agency management system. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills. Experience with EPIC or similar agency management systems required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with polished business writing. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Self-confident decision-maker, able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Calm, courteous, and professional demeanor. Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred. Over seven years of Commercial Lines experience. Ability to assess policy forms and endorsements. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems; EPIC experience highly desired. Licenses and Certifications P&C Insurance License required upon hire.
