Behavior Interventionist - LNSU

The Lamoille North Supervisory Union is hiring a Behavior Interventionist for the 2025-2026 school year to serve in the role of 1:1 Behavior Interventionist to support an identified child throughout the day. This position will be supervised by Board Certified Behavior Specialists. We will train the right person. A paid one-week Behavior Interventionist Training Camp will occur August 18-22, 2025. Skills: -Establishes relationships and communicates with teachers and administrators, -Implements and takes data relevant to the student specific behavior plan -Attends required meetings that discuss behavior, -Must be willing to receive training in Handle with Care strategies, -Works efficiently and effectively, both individually and as part of a team, -Ability and willingness to think "outside the box" -Dedicated to the success of children -Participates in professional development activities to improve skills related to job assignment -Maintains positive relationships with the building administration, parents, other staff, and students in the buildings -Collaborates with the school leadership team to ensure all students promote social, emotional learning Come join our team and make a difference!
