Investment Associate Private Credit
The Associate will join the Private Credit Team and focus on new and existing investments across various sub-sectors. The individual will work closely with the Senior Analysts to underwrite credits across the capital structure of middle market companies ($15mm - $75mm of EBITDA). The candidate will work on all stages of the investment process from initial diligence to monitoring and reporting to support PMs across the Private Credit platform. Partner with Senior Analysts to provide analytical and project support for all investment-related activities, including new issues, secondary investments, and portfolio monitoring Daily responsibilities include financial modeling, quantitative financial analysis, financial and business due diligence, and quarterly reporting/valuations Assist the Senior Analysts to develop investment committee memoranda and ad hoc projects, including but not limited to, portfolio monitoring, reporting, and investor requests Page Group USA is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. Qualifications & Experience: 2-3+ years of investment banking (e.g., Leveraged Finance, Financial Sponsors, Restructuring, or M&A) or buy-side experience (e.g., private equity, private credit) Strong interest in credit investing Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Nimble and flexible to balance multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Competitive Package
