Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure schedule, quality, and safety standards are met. Lead and coordinate all field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and performance. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, identifying potential delays and coordinating solutions. Ensure full compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations; promote a culture of safety on site. Monitor work progress and quality control, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes. Manage site logistics, including deliveries, equipment use, and workforce planning. Conduct regular inspections and supervise testing and commissioning of systems and installations. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to resolve field issues and maintain alignment with project goals. Participate in and lead progress meetings, both internally and with clients and subcontractors. Document site activities, incidents, and progress through daily reports and logs. Mentor and support assistant superintendents and field engineers, helping develop their skills and leadership. 12+ years of building construction experience Proven experience in managing data center, healthcare, pharma, or light industrial construction projects from start to finish Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and subcontractors In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards, processes, and best practices Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectively Problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite programs What's On Offer
