Starting Salaries: - Master's-level Counselor: $55,000 - $66,000 with a $2,000 sign-on bonus - Licensed Counselor: $67,000 - $77,000 with a $4,000 sign-on bonus Acceptable Licensures for Counselor I: Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW Licensed Professional Counselor – LPC Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor – LADC Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – LMFT Acceptable Licensures for Counselor II: Licensed Master Social Worker – LMSW Licensed Professional Counselor Associate – LPCA Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate– LMFTA Acceptable Programs for Counselor II: Master’s degrees in areas such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or other related fields. Actual pay will be determined based on education, work experience, and certifications. We strive for market alignment and internal equity. Under supervision, performs counseling and clinical duties including assessment, education, and treatment of clients with substance abuse and behavioral health disorders. Essential Functions: Conduct counseling sessions (individual, family, group) Develop treatment plans Manage cases and monitor client progress Refer clients to related services Conduct intake, screenings, and assessments Maintain records and documentation Participate in team meetings and training Perform administrative duties as needed Minimum Qualifications:
