As a key member of the Human Resources team, the HRBP will serve as the primary HR point of contact for the employees. This individual will function as a strategic partner and an integral extension of the business, owning HR-related initiatives and ensuring alignment with P10’s strategy and culture. The HRBP will support a full range of human resources functions, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits support, and spearheading employee engagement initiatives. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role requiring an experienced HRBP who is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experience and thrives in a dynamic environment. Primary Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, driving people-focused solutions that support business growth and performance. Participate in the talent acquisition process in collaboration with the TA Specialist and hiring manager, including requisition development, candidate evaluation, and creating a customized onboarding plan. Partner with HRIS Specialist and Payroll & Benefits Manager to maintain employee records in systems while ensuring accuracy. Administer HR support as needed for all phases of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, employee retention, record keeping, etc. Lead core talent management initiatives include annual performance reviews, goal setting, development planning, talent planning and succession planning. Assess organizational learning needs and recommend targeted training and development solutions to build capabilities at all levels; able to facilitate training as needed. Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues by providing guidance, conflict resolution, and coaching while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as SOX requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and FP&A teams on matters related to compensation, equity programs, audits, and regulatory disclosures. Leverage HR analytics to generate actionable insights and support strategic, data-driven decision-making. Champion employee engagement initiatives and culture-building efforts that reflect and reinforce company values. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field 7+ years of progressive HR experience Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law in regulated industries Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization and influence decision-making Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably with Workday Proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality employee experience Note: You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
