Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and reviewing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements) in collaboration with legal and finance teams Support internal governance practices, including board meeting coordination, resolutions, and documentation Liaise with senior stakeholders to facilitate compliance-related communications and initiatives Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and guidelines Maintain records and support internal audits related to legal and compliance functions Draft and review basic contracts, agreements, and corporate policies under the guidance of senior legal staff Partner with risk, finance, and legal teams to enhance internal control processes and reporting standards Provide administrative and project support across governance, risk management, and compliance functions MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field 2 years of experience in corporate legal, paralegal, governance, or compliance functions Exposure to SEC reporting and public company regulatory environments Strong interpersonal communication skills, with experience interfacing with senior leadership Detail-oriented, with solid organizational and documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with reporting tools and governance platforms is a plus What's on Offer
