About The Role DESRI seeks a talented and highly motivated individual to join as a project delivery manager or senior manager (title based on experience). This role offers the opportunity to impact renewable energy projects and work with a growing, dynamic team, contributing to a sustainable future. What You'll Do Manage projects from mid-stage development through financing, construction, and into commercial operation. Oversee construction activities with internal and third-party support teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage external consultants and authorities. Communicate effectively across teams and resolve technical, legal, and commercial issues. Qualifications Require 5-12 years of relevant experience, a degree in a technical field, and a strong background in power or renewable energy industries, especially solar project development, construction, or asset management. Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, regulations, and industry standards is essential. Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings. Familiarity with contracts like PPA, GIA, EPC, and equipment supply is preferred. The annual salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, with benefits including bonuses, health coverage, 401(k), and more. Other Details
