Lead referral development efforts with Physician and Clinical Navigators. Oversee the admission process, supervising the Admissions Manager. Provide supervision and training for staff involved in marketing, case finding, and relationship management. Implement system and market-specific initiatives to support organizational goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Lead discharge planning and educate patients and families on post-hospitalization care. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; equivalent experience and clinical training may suffice. At least five years of progressive healthcare sales/marketing experience. Management experience is advantageous. Additional Details
