Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active CA License BC/BE BLS At least 2 yrs of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained Current number of case logs Clean record (preferred)
