JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Physician Radiology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Flagstaff, AZ Service Setting: Imaging Center / Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Jan 19 - Feb 20, 2026 Clinical Shift Schedule: 8a 5p with 1-hour lunch COVERAGE DATES January 1923, 2026 January 2630, 2026 February 913, 2026 February 1620, 2026 PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults; ER patient mix Patient Volume/Census: Expected 7080 reads per day Case Mix: General radiology, basic fluoroscopy as needed, diagnostic and screening mammography, breast MRI and ultrasound, biopsies FACILITY INFORMATION EMR: Cerner PACS System: Philips Mammography System: Hologic Office Equipment Available: Standard radiology suite Support Staff Available: Permanent radiologists and imaging staff onsite Practice Setting: Radiology / Ultrasound / Sonography / XRay PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Credentialing Timeline: 3045 days COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES ABUS MRI breast biopsies and MRI reading Diagnostic and screening mammography Breast ultrasound biopsies Screening wholebreast ultrasound General radiology reads Basic fluoroscopy when needed JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active Arizona license required/ IMLC accepted; willing to license Board: Board Certified in Radiology (Mammography emphasis) DEA: Required Certifications: BLS required Experience: Experience with required imaging modalities and procedures Other Qualifications: Cerner charting required DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Interpret general radiology studies for ER and outpatient needs Perform mammography, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopic procedures as required Complete reads within expected volume thresholds (7080/day) Conduct breastrelated biopsies and related diagnostic tasks Work onsite; remote coverage not permitted <
