Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a data-driven and strategic
Database Marketing Specialist
with a strong background in
casino and hospitality loyalty programs . This role is integral to driving guest engagement, retention, and revenue through targeted, data-informed marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for leveraging player data to design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels — with a primary focus on loyalty and rewards program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns using customer data from the casino loyalty program (e.g., players club). Analyze player database segmentation to improve personalization, offer optimization, and re-engagement strategies. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to design customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail). Work closely with Loyalty Program managers to refine customer segmentation and promotional strategies based on ROI and play behavior. Oversee the performance of campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization using KPIs like response rate, conversion rate, and revenue impact. Assist with database hygiene, list management, and integration of new data sources to enhance targeting accuracy. Maintain compliance with data privacy standards and gaming regulations. Present findings and actionable insights to leadership on a regular basis. Requirements: 4–5 years of experience
in
database marketing
within the
casino or hospitality industry
— preferably in a loyalty or rewards program environment. Hands-on experience working with
player tracking systems
(e.g., ACSC, CMP, IGT Advantage, Bally CMP, etc.). Proficiency with
CRM tools, campaign management platforms , and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in
Excel ,
SQL , and
data visualization
tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with direct mail, email marketing, SMS marketing, and omnichannel campaign strategies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with
casino management systems
and
hospitality CRM platforms . Exposure to campaign A/B testing, control group design, and ROI attribution models. Working knowledge of
GDPR/CCPA
