Provide executive-level support to one or more Partners and senior attorneys Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule travel (domestic and international) Draft, edit, and proofread legal correspondence and client communications Coordinate time entry, expense reports, and billing processes in accordance with firm policies Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments Track deadlines, manage document flow, and ensure attorneys are well-prepared for meetings and court appearances Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting attorneys in a law firm setting (large law firm experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of law firm structure, partner-level expectations, and client service protocols Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal billing/time entry systems (e.g., Intapp, Elite) Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with poise and professionalism Bachelor's degree preferred What's On Offer
