Job Description:
Responsible for collaborating with Information Services and Business Resources to gather project requirements and develop solutions for core ERP and integration systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of SAP configuration and design best practices to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes related to the company's environment. Conduct gap analysis and develop to-be designs based on a global template. Collaborate with business teams to provide industry-standard solutions. Configure modules including SM, SD, FI Cash, Credit, Rebate, LE, EDI, MM, PP, QM. Assess integration requirements with legacy, third-party, and non-SAP systems. Support SAP testing phases. Assist in end-user training and create user guides. Gather requirements, perform business and fit/gap analysis, system testing, and documentation. Provide SAP environment support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good interpersonal and communication skills. Lead teams during steady state, post-go-live, and strategic phases. Operate in multi-geo, multi-partner environments with onsite and offsite teams. Ensure compliance with Bioventus’ policies, code of conduct, and internal controls. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field. At least 8 years of SAP configuration experience, especially in Order to Cash (O2C). Experience with at least one full SAP S/4HANA or ECC lifecycle implementation, preferably in modules like SD, FI-AR, EDI, Billing, etc. Strong understanding of cross-functional integration with MM, LE, QM, WM, PP-PI. Proficiency in process redesign and process improvement within SAP modules. Knowledge of intercompany processes and taxation. Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Experience with EDI order and billing management, RICEFW objects. Optional: knowledge of rebates, chargebacks, deduction management. Ability to develop techno-functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP/developer teams. Familiarity with ABAP4, Eclipse Workbench, and Solman (preferred). Experience in pharmaceutical or discrete manufacturing industries is a plus. Willingness to be on-call 24/7 during project phases.
