In today's rapidly evolving IT landscape, clients seek trusted cybersecurity solutions. Identity management (both human and non-human) is central to enterprise security. As part of our Digital Identity team, you'll help clients develop and mature processes, technology, and solutions around workforce identity governance, authentication, authorization, risk assessment, and external identity management to ensure appropriate access to resources. Your Key Responsibilities Our Digital Identity services help clients align security strategies with business goals by managing access to resources and enforcing policies. Supported by strategic alliances with vendors, our services include strategy, assessment, testing, and implementation of digital technologies and IAM solutions. Depending on your experience, you may work across various teams, such as: Identity analytics & intelligence team: Conduct current state assessments, application access assessments, capability maturity, benchmarking, and IAM data analytics. IAM strategy team: Develop IAM strategies and roadmaps, including operating models, governance, policies, procedures, and standards. Digital Cloud Identity team: Design cloud security architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), provide cloud IAM services, process design, and access provisioning. Identity and access governance team: Support IAM program management, privileged access, roles and rules management, and compliance activities. Skills And Attributes For Success Knowledge of current security environments and industry trends. Ability to deliver high-quality client services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience or a graduate degree with 2-3 years. Experience in user provisioning, identity management solutions, role-based access control, directory services, web access control, and understanding of access control concepts like SAML, LDAP, PKI. Process definition, workflow design, and process mapping experience. Valid US driver's license and passport; willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC are desirable. What We Offer Competitive salary range: $103,800 - $190,300 (varies by location and experience).
