We have locations throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. We currently have an opening for a Territory Manager. There is no relocation assistance offered for this position. We're seeking a seasoned Territory Manager to drive growth in the Stamford area, leveraging your sales and leadership expertise in HVAC wholesale distribution. As a Territory Manager, you'll build strong customer relationships, design tailored sales strategies and lead our sales efforts in the region. Key Responsibilities: of the Territory Sales Manager: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet territory sales goals Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects Negotiate pricing, manage sales contracts, and resolve customer issues Analyze market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly Collaborate with internal teams to achieve regional sales objectives Requirements of the Territory Sales Manager: 3+ years of HVAC wholesale distribution sales experience Associate's degree or equivalent Technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and installation Proven negotiation and mediation skills WHY HOMANS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU: Internal growth- where do you want to go?
