Front of House Supervisor
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, servant-minded leader to join our leadership team as a Front of House Supervisor. The ideal candidate has a passion for serving others and is energized by working as a team to grow business results. Responsibilities: Lead team members, team leaders, and trainers to execute operational efficiency Coach and develop team members and team leaders Helping maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations Manage a team of 20+ people while utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skills Ensure team compliance with all restaurant systems and procedures Ensure food safety practices and controls are properly executed Implement best practices to increase profitability, productivity and overall satisfaction Requirements: Previous leadership experience preferred Willing to be coached and mentored Be professional and mature Live out the Core Values of Chick-fil-A Carlisle: Love, Excellence, Growth and Service Work Culture: As a leader, your most important responsibility is stewarding a positive work environment for all team members.
