Manage the end-to-end HRIS functions, focusing primarily on Workday modules such as Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Timecard Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR needs, develop solutions, and drive improvements in the HRIS system. Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues, ensuring accurate and efficient HR data management. Oversee the integration and system updates within Workday, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations. Train and develop HRIS team members, enhancing their technical skills and professional growth. 10+ years of experience in HRIS, with a deep understanding of Workday, including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Timecard Management, and Core HCM modules. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team of HRIS professionals. Excellent communication skills with a confident, charismatic presence. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HRIS operations. A proactive, results-oriented approach to system improvements and process optimization. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. What's on Offer
