We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient
Oracle Cloud SCM Architect with at least
15 years of experience , including hands-on involvement in
Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations
(not just EBS upgrades). The ideal candidate will bring strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly with both local and global teams, including coordination with stakeholders in
Israel . Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Testing Support:
Collaborate closely with users to plan and execute
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
Identify, document, and track system issues and bugs.
Open and manage support tickets; ensure timely resolution and closure.
Perform re-testing and validate fixes for reported issues.
Provide support for
integration testing , including preparing and validating test data.
Assist with
Go-Live and Hypercare (post-Go-Live support) .
Handle
user role and permission issues , ensuring appropriate access is granted across modules.
Provide ongoing
application and user support
as needed.
Domain Expertise – SCM Functional Responsibilities:
Act as a
lead SCM functional consultant
for full-scale
MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
implementations.
Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in
Procurement ,
Advanced Supply Chain Planning , and
Item Catalog Management .
Deep understanding of
Shipping, Logistics, and Sub-inventory processes .
Provide functional support for
Planning ,
Work Order Definition , and
Cycle/Inventory Counting .
Familiarity with
Oracle Quality Modules
and quality inspection processes.
Ensure alignment of SCM modules with business goals and operational workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years
of relevant experience, including
Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
(not just EBS).
Proven experience in
Oracle Fusion roles and permissions management .
High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to
client-specific configurations .
Experience working in
global, cross-functional teams , including communication across
different time zones .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with end-users and stakeholders.
Strong
team collaboration
mindset with patience and attention to detail.
Availability for
early mornings or late evenings
during key project phases (e.g., training, UAT, Go-Live).
Ability to work independently while coordinating with the broader implementation and support teams.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (mandatory)
Master’s Degree
(preferred)
Relevant
Oracle Fusion SCM certifications
are a strong plus
Nice to Have:
Experience working in
highly regulated or complex supply chain environments .
Familiarity with
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
or other Oracle middleware tools.
Prior involvement in multi-country or enterprise-wide Oracle SCM implementations.
