Oversee day-to-day construction activity for public sector projects (schools, universities, healthcare, etc.) Enforce all SCA/DASNY/OGS safety and compliance protocols on-site Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections Maintain daily reports, site logs, and compliance documentation Lead field meetings and act as point of contact for agency inspectors Collaborate closely with project managers and ensure timely milestone execution Ensure quality control and adherence to plans/specifications MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5-10+ years of superintendent experience on NYC public work Strong working knowledge of SCA/DASNY/OGS protocols, safety standards, and inspection procedures OSHA 30 and SST card required; additional safety training certifications a plus Able to manage fast-paced job sites with multiple subcontractors and trades Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven Confident leading communication with agency reps, inspectors, and internal teams Familiarity with project documentation platforms like Procore or E-builder preferred What's on Offer
