Bilingual Medical Assistant (Clinical & Front Office Support)

Were hiring a
Medical Assistant
to support daily clinical and administrative operations in a busy outpatient setting. This role is safety-sensitive and includes direct patient care, medication administration, and front desk responsibilities. You'll report to the Office Manager and work closely with providers to ensure a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Room patients, gather medical history, and record vitals in EMR Assist with exams, procedures, injections, and in-office testing Draw blood, process specimens, and perform CLIA-waived lab tests Provide patient education and support during visits Clean and stock exam rooms; maintain medical supply inventory Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check patients in/out Document services and manage records accurately in the EMR Assist with onboarding new staff and support other tasks as needed Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred (RMA or CMA) At least 1 year of experience in a clinical MA role CPR, IV start, and phlebotomy certifications preferred Proficient in EMR, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Reliable transportation required Physical Requirements
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs for prolonged periods Manual dexterity and vision/hearing within normal range Compensation & Benefits

* Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height. * Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies. * Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records. * Explain treatment procedures, medications, diets, or physicians' instructions to patients. * Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean. * Collect blood, tissue, or other laboratory specimens, log the specimens, and prepare them for testing. * Show patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician. * Help physicians examine and treat patients, handing them instruments or materials or performing such tasks as giving injections or removing sutures. * Perform routine laboratory tests and sample analyses. * Greet and log in patients arriving at office or clinic. * Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, taking dictation, or completing insurance forms. * Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician. * Authorize drug refills and provide prescription information to pharmacies. * Change dressings on wounds. * Schedule appointments for patients.
