Site Managers will perform and oversee the duties and responsibilities of all employees with the help of Assistant Managers. These duties include, but are not limited to: Opening and closing the site. Being fully responsible for site operations, staff, and their actions. Ensuring accuracy of XPT's and general sales reports at closing, including handling cash and other currency. Proficiency with SiteManager and SiteWatch Web from DRB. Creating and posting a functional weekly schedule, sent out no later than Wednesday. Controlling labor hours relative to daily revenue and traffic; meeting monthly labor goals. Hiring, directing, training, and developing new employees. Maintaining a consistent cleaning schedule for the tunnel and property. Handling employee issues with support from higher management. Responding promptly to customer emails, claims, and complaints; enforcing disclaimers tactfully and respectfully. This position requires 50-55 hours per week, with occasional increases during high volume periods. Resolving monthly pass issues and updating customer accounts. Encouraging cashiers to achieve a 10% or higher capture/conversion rate for monthly passes. Managing supplies through orders or store purchases. Ensuring tunnel equipment functions properly and performing maintenance as needed. Ability to stoop, bend, twist, climb, or lift up to 50 lbs. Maintaining a presentable property to exceed site inspection expectations. Gathering positive customer reviews regularly. Providing ongoing training for employees and management. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to navigate stressful situations effectively. Developing Assistant Managers and Team Leads. Conducting video audits to ensure employee responsibility when off-site. Meeting all operational needs of the site. Float between sites in Ellis County as required by the wash's needs. Minimum of 12 months of site management experience in the car wash industry required. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, plus commission.
