Integration Program Manager (Targeting and Effects SME)

About the role: Raft provides support to the Air Operations Center (AOC) Combat Planning Division, ensuring the production and accessibility of Airspace Control Orders, Air Tasking Orders, Targeting Lists, and other artifacts as directed by the CPD Chief. What we are looking for: Experienced military intelligence planner or service member with participation in command, service, Joint, or Combatant Command (CCMD) staffs, processes, or operations. Knowledge of joint targeting processes per Joint Publication 3-60 and advocacy for the TJFACC. Experience liaising with other agencies in the Intelligence Community for target development. Ability to coordinate annual Targeting Effects Team conferences for joint and interagency participation. Leadership in collaboration across COCOM staff and AOC divisions to modernize systems from target development to execution. Understanding of doctrinal AOC combat plans processes, including SPINS, ATO/ACO, and space tasking order production towards an air battle plan (ABP). Experience providing air and space resource capabilities for DMPI estimation, coordinating with MAAP planners for briefing products for C/JFACC or CCO approval. Proficiency in developing products like the Master Air Attack Plan (MAAP) and Joint Integrated Target Prioritized Lists (JITPL) considering effects-based requirements and operational context. At least 5 years of experience in an Air Force AOC, preferably with ATO Production or MAAP planning experience, familiar with employment TTPs of air and space weapons systems. Current knowledge of TBMCS planning applications, especially database management in TAP, EMR, MAAP Toolkit. Experience as an exercise designer, planner, or director. Desired AFFOR, MAJCOM Staff experience. At least 3 years of experience with common business products like Microsoft Office. Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. Work Location and Travel: Hickam AFB, HI. May require up to 25% travel, both CONUS and OCONUS. Must be eligible for US Passport. Salary Range: $165,000 - $190,000. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and abilities. What we offer: Competitive salary.
