The Senior Superintendent will take a lead role in directing the day-to-day field operations of major ground-up multifamily and commercial construction projects. Acting as the on-site authority, this individual will oversee all field personnel, drive project schedules, maintain top-tier quality control, and uphold rigorous safety standards. Collaborating closely with project executives and management teams, the Senior Superintendent will be instrumental in shaping project outcomes, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring seamless coordination across all trades. This is a high-impact leadership position for a seasoned builder who excels in managing large, complex jobs from preconstruction through final turnover.
