Group/division Summary The Pharma Services Group (PSG) is redefining pharmaceutical manufacturing with a simplified, end-to-end supply chain for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies of all sizes. Position Summary The Director of Engineering provides leadership and management guidance to Capital Engineering, Validation, Utilities, Automation, and Maintenance activities. This role involves developing technical support strategies, participating in site leadership, and engaging with business development, proposals, audits, and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities: Lead organizational change, develop staff, build effective teams, and foster engagement. Set policies and provide leadership in engineering, validation, utilities, and systems in compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, and site procedures. Lead site master planning, including utility, facility, and equipment planning. Manage site CAPEX planning, with investments exceeding $25M annually. Develop and deliver on growth, compliance, and efficiency projects. Align technical support with strategic and tactical approaches. Develop budgets for capital and expenses. Own the site co-op program. Oversee technical aspects supporting business strategy, including process, equipment, automation, validation, and maintenance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 8+ years of relevant experience, including management experience. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in OSD preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and handle ambiguity. Additional Details: Seniority level: Not Applicable.
