Role Description We hiring General Manager teams/couples - you could be at any of our three (soon to be four) campgrounds. This is a full-time role which has some flexibility to be remote in the off-season (winter) but must be on site at a minimum March-November. The General Manager team will oversee daily operations, as well as preparing the campground to open in the spring and close it in the fall. One of the GM team handles "inside" - store, snack counter, reservations, activities, and housekeeping. The other handles "outside" - maintenance and grounds. The role also includes ensuring the campground complies with all safety and regulatory standards. Requirements: At least one full season of campground management, ideally at a campground that has at least 200 sites and has both seasonal and transient customers Experience managing a staff of at least 10 people If you do not have previous GM experience, we'd love to consider you for a Manager-in-Training role! Must be able to perform the tasks involved in managing a campground, including lifting at least 25 lbs and working on your feet for full 8hr + shifts We’re looking for people who: Take ownership—if something’s broken or dirty, you handle it or get it fixed Stay calm under pressure—especially on busy summer weekends Lead by example—no job is too small when your team needs support Care about staff morale, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence Want to grow into or continue in a full General Manager role Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the campground Lead and train seasonal staff Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality guest experiences Manage scheduling, inventory, basic maintenance, and front desk/store Help hit seasonal goals in operations, revenue, and reviews Compensation: $88,000 - $108,000 base salary per couple 6 weeks of PTO in the off-season FHU site included - as is off-season on-site housing All GMs and MITs are invitied to our annual Starlight Team managers' meeting (this year in Tombstone, AZ!) and have the opportunity to attend relevant regional RV campground conventions Seniority level
