We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This position requires an individual who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize daily office operations and procedures. Answer phone calls and act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and updated. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for staff. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
