As a Financial Reporting Manager, you'll lead a team in the Corporate Accounting and Finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and play a key role in strategic initiatives. This opportunity offers exposure to senior leadership and the chance to drive meaningful change within the organization. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Lead financial reporting team in accounting and financial statement consolidation Ensure accurate transaction accounting in the general ledger Provide guidance on GAAP and related requirements Review journal entries, reconciliations, and ad hoc reports Oversee month-end close process and reporting deliverables Evaluate new disclosure requirements for compliance Coordinate audit deliverables for year-end financial audits Supervise and support financial reporting team members Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 11 years of experience in financial reporting Strong technical skills in financial reporting Experience with auditing and compliance Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven supervisory and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Public accounting experience Experience with automation tools Experience partnering with international teams Strong strategic perspective If you are a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, please submit your resume for consideration.
