Computer and Network Security
space, is seeking a
Software Engineering Manager
to lead a team building scalable, low-latency systems for their core security platform. This is a pivotal role for a leader with experience in
networking (L3–L7)
and
security , ready to drive both technical direction and team growth in a high-performance environment. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced software engineers Define and drive architecture across critical networking and infrastructure components Partner with cross-functional teams to align engineering with security-focused product goals Guide code quality, architecture decisions, and assist with debugging as needed Cultivate a culture of ownership, collaboration, and engineering excellence ️ 3+ years of engineering management experience ️ Proven experience with
networking protocols (L3–L7)
and security principles ️ Solid foundation in
Computer and Network Security
or similar systems-focused environments ️ Ability to understand and guide complex codebases;
