The Sr Project Manager will: Manage all aspects of federal construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, and client specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and resolve concerns. Lead project meetings and maintain detailed records of project activities.
