Manage and oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple plant locations. Collaborate with plant management teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization. Lead internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Supervise and mentor plant-level accounting staff to ensure high performance and compliance. Assist with capital expenditure planning and asset management processes. A successful Regional Plant Controller should have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 6+ years of accounting & finance experience Current experience as a plant controller What's on Offer
