Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an accomplished CEO to lead a rapidly expanding company specializing in industrial services and emergency response. Operating across the central and southern regions of the US, our client serves a broad range of industries including manufacturing, agriculture and logistics. As CEO, you will lead this dynamic organization, setting strategic direction, driving growth initiatives, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding market presence, managing key client relationships, and executing strategic acquisitions. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision to establish industry leadership in disaster recovery and industrial salvage services. Drive revenue growth through acquisitions, service expansion, and operational excellence. Lead operational teams to optimize workflows, safety, and efficiency. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, insurers, and industry stakeholders. Identify, evaluate, and integrate acquisition targets to accelerate growth. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives. Build and develop a high-performing leadership team that is customer-focused and results-driven. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and network growth.
