The Superintendent will be responsible for: Overseeing daily field operations on construction sites Coordinate and supervise all construction activities and subcontractors Ensure work is performed in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards Serve as the primary on site liaison between project managers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and clients Handling multiple spaces that are tented off, negative air pressure, column upgrades, leaded MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
