Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in every phase of the project. Supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Coordinate with project managers and clients to address issues, provide updates, and maintain alignment on project goals. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts to guide construction activities. Ensure the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards on the job site. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
