www.Brillio.com . About the Role: Brillio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for a growing portfolio of digital platforms in the life sciences domain. This individual will play a key role in defining roadmaps, partnering with internal teams and client stakeholders, and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions across a range of life sciences use cases. The initial focus will be on leading delivery for a regulated digital manufacturing and compliance platform. However, the ideal candidate will bring broader product experience across the life sciences value chain and contribute to Brillio’s long-term strategy across domains like clinical operations, R&D digitization, regulatory automation, and commercial enablement. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product strategy, including vision definition, roadmap planning, user journey mapping, and delivery prioritization. Collaborate with internal and client-side stakeholders to gather, structure, and validate domain-specific requirements. Translate business, operational, and compliance needs into clear product features and technical requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, consulting, data & AI) to drive product delivery through agile practices. Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption, user value, and business impact. Contribute thought leadership and support the evolution of Brillio’s Life Sciences Product Strategy by identifying reusable patterns, accelerators, and unmet customer needs. Ideal Candidate Profile: 8–12 years of total experience, with 5+ years in life sciences product management or digital solution leadership. Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Regulatory operations (structured content, eCTD, Veeva Vault) Commercial platforms (CRM, field force analytics, digital engagement) Digital manufacturing and quality systems (MES, LES, SCADA, validation) Strong product management capabilities: backlog ownership, roadmap planning, cross-functional collaboration, and MVP delivery. Ability to engage SMEs, operational stakeholders, and client executives with confidence and clarity. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skill Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with life sciences platforms/modern LIMS system Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-based products, especially for data enrichment, compliance automation, or digital assistants. Experience working with global delivery teams and supporting consultative solution development.
