Location: Parsippany, NJ, 3 days hybrid Duration: Long term role F2F interview is must. “Ideal Candidate: Someone who has worked as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer, but has moved into more platform/infrastructure-focused roles — helping multiple data science teams scale their work, monitor their models, and improve performance and visibility” Position Summary: We're seeking a Machine Learning Platform Engineer to play a key role in building the foundation layer of the next-generation AI platform. This contract role will focus on developing an AI observability platform that will be adopted across all Data Science teams, enabling consistent model evaluation, centralized experimentation, and stakeholder reporting. Responsibilities: • Design and build the infrastructure, tools, and frameworks for an AI observability platform. • Develop and maintain a centralized platform to be used by multiple data science teams for experiment tracking, model evaluation, and reporting. • Lead experimentation efforts: build, monitor, and summarize experiments. • Generate analytics-driven reports and communicate results clearly to stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with teams during the RFP process to align platform capabilities with business needs. • Implement best practices for ML evaluation, observability, and performance tracking. Required Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles. • Strong hands-on experience building ML evaluation frameworks and observability tools. • Proficiency in Python for ML development and analysis. • Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including model selection and evaluation metrics. • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. • Experience generating reports and summaries for non-technical stakeholders Seniority level
