Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $20 - $40 / hour What you'll be doing as a Office Administrator: Quick books Online and payroll, Dropbox Mountain West Bank Bill Pay feature Hp printer - scanning feature Buildium property management Docusign, Office 365: Outlook, Gmail Building a website and managing Marketing on Facebook Downloading statements from various utility companies, bank statements, and mortgages and saving in Dropbox Organizing office utilizing binder and filing folders for back up Prefer experience in residential property management, residential construction remodeling business terminology, and home insurance claims Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role, with 2 years as the principal bookkeeper Advanced accounting software experience, preferably in Quickbooks desktop or Online Experience with financial statements and tax returns Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, and Word) Ready to take control of the way you work?
