Labor Relations Attorney
with
10+ years of law firm experience
to join our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of collective bargaining, union negotiations, labor disputes, and labor law compliance. You will work closely with employers to navigate complex labor relations issues and represent them in negotiations, arbitration, and litigation. Key Responsibilities Advise employers on collective bargaining strategy and contract negotiations Represent clients in arbitration, grievance proceedings, and labor disputes Counsel on union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, and compliance with the NLRA and state labor laws Draft and review collective bargaining agreements and labor policies Provide training and guidance on labor relations best practices Collaborate with employment and litigation teams on broader workplace issues Requirements J.D. and active Massachusetts Bar admission Minimum
10+ years of labor relations experience
