As the Growth Strategist for Capital Markets and Advisory, your primary responsibilities are to build brand equity for Citizens using contemporary marketing methods to drive interest and adoption of investment banking products and services. This is both a strategic and executional role in which you will lead the development, advocacy, execution, assessment, and continuous improvement of integrated marketing plans for the investment bank arm of Citizens

Responsibilities

Working with in-house centers of excellence (COIs) and Agencies, drive digital marketing strategies including enhancing the user experience of the web site, targeted email marketing, content marketing, social media, search engine optimization and events. Develop and lead marketing strategy/vision to achieve measurable overall business unit objectives and revenue goals Lead inbound marketing attracting site visits, converting that traffic into leads and nurturing prospects working with sales leadership Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned media properties Help establish and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes Ensure closed-loop analytics to measure marketing performance and continually refine Influence and partner with cross-functional team to design and deliver quarterly and annual integrated marketing plans to achieve business line goals and objectives Serve as primary liaison between business lines and marketing partners, ensuring the broader marketing team is fully versed on all aspects of business line products, value proposition and competitive differentiators Partner with the leadership team as well as key business partners, including the sales team to ensure understanding of/alignment on marketing strategy/plans and strategic priorities Develop and manage project budgets/forecasts Proactive in managing risk, ensure all programs are implemented in full compliance with defined processes and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

Investment banking and corporate finance experience required to include Acquisitions, M&A Advisory, Global Markets, Equity & Debt Capital markets and more. Strong ability to think strategically and creatively Broad marketing communications experience including advertising, direct, digital and public relations Strong channel experience in digital marketing including search, display, social and content Experience developing insightful and clear creative, marketing, advertising and/or media briefs, using research, data, personas, and customer journey maps Ability and desire to work well within a team and test and learn Experience managing indirectly/influencing Ability to review data, interpret results and create actionable and measurable strategies Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on schedule/budget Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A go-getter and a doer who is accountable and has high expectations for their work Attention to detail Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Account-Based Marketing desired

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 Hybrid in Westwood MA office 3 days and 2 days remote

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $154,747.2- $232,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
