Are you a strategic financial leader ready to drive growth and transformation? LHH is partnering with an organization in the Triad area of North Carolina to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a high-impact role for a hands-on finance executive who thrives in fast-paced environment and is capable of navigating an organization through a high growth trajectory. CFO Key Responsibilities Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and inventory & cost accounting. Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute long-term business strategy. Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support data-driven decision-making. Lead upcoming ERP implementation Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and investors. Lead the preparation and delivery of financial presentations to the Board of Directors and ownership group. Mentor and develop a small but growing finance team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in manufacturing and private equity-backed environments is a plus. Comprehensive Benefits
