Tax Supervisor - Private Client Services

We are seeking a Tax Supervisor to join our Private Client Services team in our Boston office on a flexible hybrid basis. Job Responsibilities Technical planning and advising of clients that include high-profile individuals/families, as well as their related entities (including C-Corp, S-Corp, Trusts, and Partnerships) Work on engagement deliverables (such as tax returns, work papers, etc.); participate in technical and strategic reviews as a member of the engagement team to ensure quality control standards are met; ensure on time delivery and on budget Prepare or review complex tax returns including partnerships, high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, and foundations Own client work assigned for completion Strategize with Managers regarding tax planning Research tax issues and providing guidance to other staff assigned to engagement Work closely with less-experienced staff, and assist management in mentoring, coaching, training, supervising, and evaluating staff Foster a team environment; demonstrate support of management and decisions and build a positive culture Communicating complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients.
