Natera . Position Details:
Temporary position in Pleasanton, CA. Responsible for shipping, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Tasks include preparing and maintaining records, assembling kits, and other duties as assigned by the Department Manager. Schedule:
Tues-Sat, 8am-4:30pm (Day shift) and Tues-Sat, 5:30pm-2am (Swing shift). Primary Responsibilities:
Shipping outgoing shipments, preparing and labeling shipments, building boxes, operating pallet jacks, printing paperwork, maintaining inventory, data entry using spreadsheets, third-party systems, ERP (preferably Microsoft GP), managing work orders, picking and packing materials, performing cycle counts, troubleshooting carrier issues, and building kits according to bill of materials. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, computer proficiency, 1-2 years warehouse experience. Preferred: FedEx, UPS, DHL international shipping experience. Skills:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, attention to detail, self-motivated, team-oriented, accountable, and excellent communication skills. About Natera:
