Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Licensed to practice law in California. Skills: Expertise in employment litigation. Experience drafting motions and pleadings. Deposition experience, including taking and defending depositions. Ability to manage caseload efficiently. Strong academic background and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
