Overview: The IT Service Desk Representative will serve as the frontline support for IT-related incidents and requests, delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels. This role requires a solid understanding of core IT concepts and the ability to quickly resolve technical issues or escalate appropriately. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for end-users via phone, email, and chat. Provide initial troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, Windows/macOS systems, and mobile devices. Create, log, and prioritize support tickets in BMC Helix or other ITSM platforms. Assist with password resets, account access, and basic application support. Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs. Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to the knowledge base. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles. Proficient in using ITSM tools such as BMC Helix or ServiceNow. Working knowledge of MDM solutions (e.g., JAMF, Workspace ONE). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
