You will set up a centralized Credit & Collections team to support our businesses across APJ countries, leading credit management, analysis, cash collections, and ensuring timely reporting in line with corporate guidance. This role reports to the Regional Credit VP and collaborates closely with Finance leaders and teams in the APJ region. Responsibilities Support the establishment of the APJ CoE, including governance, structure, resourcing, tools, and processes. Build and support the transition of the Credit & Collections team within the CoE, including hiring, process design, and change management. Setup tools and systems to enhance efficiency, including designing and implementing related tools and managing investments. Manage Credit & Collections activities, including planning, managing relations with external agencies, maintaining policies, risk programs, and monitoring credit processes. Lead and develop the Credit & Collections team, ensuring capability building, coaching, and stakeholder alignment. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Master’s/Postgraduate degree in business or finance preferred. 10 years in Credit & Collections, with 5-8 years managing teams, preferably in an IT multinational environment. Strong analytical skills, experience with data analytics tools like Power BI, and managing offshoring programs within APJ.
