Discord is seeking an experienced
Advertising Operations Manager
to join the Ads business and ensure smooth execution of Quest ad campaigns. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to manage campaign operations, deliver performance insights, and drive client success. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales to translate client goals into campaign strategies Manage campaign setup including targeting, tracking, budget, and schedule Optimize campaign performance via A/B testing and technical troubleshooting Deliver post-campaign analysis and actionable insights to stakeholders Serve as the internal expert on best practices and ad operations workflows Qualifications:
3–5+ years in digital advertising or ad operations Strong understanding of ad tech, measurement, and campaign management Proficiency in campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting Strong analytical skills and ability to extract insights from data Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Bonus Points:
Knowledge of KPIs like viewability, yield, and brand safety Curious, empathetic, and a team player with a good sense of humor
