Manage day-to-day construction activities and supervise field personnel Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations Prepare and submit project progress reports Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers Monitor budget and ensure resources are used efficiently Plan and schedule the construction project in logical steps MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5+ years of experience as a superintendent on commercial projects including site work A strong understanding of the construction industry Excellent leadership and project management skills Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and negotiation skills What's on Offer
